免疫接种要求
在学生被允许注册、上课或住在宿舍之前，必须提交免疫文件。
佛罗里达州要求所有40岁以下的学生，无论是有学位的还是没有学位的，全职的还是兼职的，都要提供对风疹免疫的证明文件。 所有1956年以后出生的学生还必须提交麻疹免疫证明。
NCF will accept the State of Florida Immunization Form (form 680) issued by
local health departments, physician records or high school/college
immunization records in conjunction with completing the personal information
and signing the Immunization Health History form.
Submit documentation before registration to Student Health Services in the Health & Wellness
